But not all characters left the same impact. Here's my personal ranking, from weakest to strongest, based on narrative contribution, character development, and overall presence in the journey.   8. Hero (The Luminary) –  Silent,  and Not in a Good Way Let’s just get this out of the way: the Hero may be the protagonist, but he’s the least interesting member of the party. His lack of voice or agency in emotional scenes turns what could’ve been a deeply personal story into a series of reactions from others.
